Gals Who Travel – Sri Lanka Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion

These terms and conditions apply to the Gals Who Travel Sri Lanka Trip Giveaway (“Giveaway”), organised by Gals Who Travel (“Gals Who Travel”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

The Giveaway is open to entrants who meet any additional eligibility requirements stated in the promotional post or competition entry form.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Gals Who Travel, its associated companies, and anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway may be excluded from entering.

Gals Who Travel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

3. The Prize

The winner will receive one free Gals Who Travel trip.

The prize includes the trip only, as described on the relevant Gals Who Travel trip listing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the prize does not include:

Flights to or from Sri Lanka

Flights or other travel required to reach the trip departure point

Travel insurance

Visas or entry requirements

Airport transfers unless included in the advertised trip

Personal spending money

Food or drinks not included in the advertised trip itinerary

Optional activities or excursions

Any other costs not expressly included within the relevant Gals Who Travel trip package

4. Trip Selection and Availability

The prize is valid on any Gals Who Travel Sri Lanka trip, subject to availability.

The winner may choose their preferred eligible Sri Lanka trip, provided there is availability at the time of booking.

The prize cannot be used on a fully booked or otherwise unavailable departure.

Gals Who Travel cannot guarantee availability on any particular departure date.

The winner may be required to select an alternative departure if their preferred trip is unavailable.

The prize is subject to the standard booking terms, requirements and conditions applicable to the selected Gals Who Travel trip.

The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for a cash payment or transferred to another person.

5. Competition Period

The Giveaway opens on 15th October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on 19th November 2026.

Any entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.

Gals Who Travel accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or otherwise unable to be processed.

6. Winner Selection and Contact

The winner will be selected in accordance with the method communicated in the Giveaway promotion.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering.

The winner will have 7 days from the date Gals Who Travel first contacts them to respond and claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within this 7-day period, or is found to be ineligible, Gals Who Travel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable information to verify their eligibility before the prize can be awarded.

7. Booking the Prize

Once the winner has been contacted and eligibility has been confirmed, Gals Who Travel will provide instructions on how to redeem the prize.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they meet all requirements to travel to Sri Lanka, including passport, visa, travel insurance, health and immigration requirements.

Winning the Giveaway does not guarantee entry into Sri Lanka. The winner must independently satisfy all applicable Sri Lankan entry and immigration requirements.

8. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional materials.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

Where the Giveaway is promoted through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or another social media platform, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Entrants release the relevant social media platform from any responsibility or liability relating to the Giveaway.

10. Personal Information

Any personal information provided when entering the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Gals Who Travel's applicable privacy policy.

Personal information may be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner and arranging the prize.

11. Changes to the Giveaway

Gals Who Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Giveaway where reasonably necessary, including where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Where possible, any significant changes will be communicated through the same channels used to promote the Giveaway.

12. Liability

Gals Who Travel will take reasonable care in administering the Giveaway but, to the extent permitted by law, will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cancellation, delay or expense arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Gals Who Travel reserves the right to verify any entry and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
